  • Where can I find parking nearby?

    Parking is conveniently available at Southgate Car Park, just a short 3-minute walk from Berth 4. You can pay on the day or opt to book online for a discounted rate.

  • Where does the sunset cruise depart from?

    All Melbourne Water Taxi cruises depart from Southgate Promenade, Berth 4, Southbank VIC 3006.

  • What time should I arrive?

    Kindly ensure you arrive at Southgate Landing (Berth 4) at least 15 minutes before departure for boarding. Late arrival will result in the forfeiture of the full payment.

  • Is there a toilet on board?

    Onboard toilet facilities are available for your convenience, and we also offer additional toilet stops along the way for your comfort.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    You can reschedule or cancel your reservation (for a credit) free of charge up to 24 hours prior to departure. To make changes, please contact us via email at bookings@melbournewatertaxis.com.au.


    Please note: Bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund under any circumstances. Rescheduling within 24 hours of departure is not permitted, and failure to attend will result in the forfeiture of the full payment.
