Departure Details

Melbourne Water Taxis disembark from Southgate Promenade, Berth 4, Southbank VIC 3006.

  • Is there parking nearby?

    Parking is available at Southgate Car Park, just a 3-minute walk from Berth 4. You can pay on the day or book online for a discounted rate.

  • How long before departure should guests arrive?

    Kindly arrive at Southgate Landing (Berth 4) at least 15 minutes before departure for boarding. Please note that the full payment will be forfeited if you arrive late.

  • Are there toilet facilities on board?

    There are toilets available on board for your convenience, and additional stops will be made along the way for your comfort.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    You have the option to cancel or reschedule your reservation (for a credit) without any charge if you do it 24 hours before departure. To make these changes, kindly reach us through our email at bookings@melbournewatertaxis.com.au. 


    Please be advised: In no circumstances can bookings be cancelled for a refund. Rescheduling is not allowed within 24 hours of departure, and non-attendance will lead to the loss of the full payment.
